「Pocket Sail」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ヨットのセーリング操作を学べる体験アプリです。本アプリの利用にあたって取得・利用する情報について、以下のとおり定めます。
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。ユーザー登録やアカウントも不要です。
設定（言語・音量など）やプレイ記録（ゴースト等）を、快適な利用のためにお使いの端末内にのみ保存します。これらの情報が開発者や第三者に送信されることはありません。アプリを削除すると、これらの情報も削除されます。
本アプリは、アクセス解析ツール・広告・トラッキング（追跡）技術・第三者の解析SDKを使用していません。取得した情報を第三者へ提供・販売することもありません。
本アプリのゲーム本体はオフラインで動作します。フォント等の一部リソースをオンライン時に読み込む場合がありますが、これによって個人情報が送信されることはありません。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、お子様も安心してご利用いただけます。
本ポリシーは、必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

“Pocket Sail” (the “App”) is a sailing-experience app for learning how to sail a dinghy. This policy explains how the App handles information.
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information such as name, email address, or location. No account or sign-up is required.
Settings (language, volume, etc.) and play records (such as ghosts) are stored only on your device to improve your experience. This data is never transmitted to the developer or any third party, and it is removed when you delete the App.

The game runs offline. Some resources such as fonts may load while online, but this does not transmit any personal information.
